Warren Tri-County Fine Arts, Inc. and the Warren Cultural Commission sponsor this annual event which completed its 31st year in 2011. The 33rd, July 13 and 14, 2013 Art in the Park is at Halmich Park, 13 Mile between Ryan and Dequindre. .
