Warren Tri-County Fine Arts, Inc. and the Warren Cultural Commission sponsor this annual event which completed its 31st year in 2011. The 32nd, July 14 and 15, 2012 Art in the Park is at Halmich Park, 13 Mile between Ryan and Dequindre. .
